She represents Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney and Disneyland. She has worked in the hospitality and tourism industry for more than fifteen years. Her roles prior to joining Disney Destinations in October 2009 include Assistant General Manager for a luxury boutique resort in Western Belize, Business Development Manager for the Globus Family of Brands in South Florida and Puerto Rico, and Operations Manager for in-bound tour operator in Bonaire, N.A.

His extensive travel industry experience includes 10 years with Eastern Airlines where he received numerous sales awards and since 1991 as a District Sales Manager now titled  Business Development Manager  for the Premium Cruise Company Holland America Line . In the past four years he has received four  major awards at Holland America Line  including Sales Manager of the year ,  Caribbean Sales Manager of the Year , Business Development Manager of the Year for Europe and Voyages , and Business Development Manager of the year for Caribbean.
